Our consultation is designed to help you learn and understand about your unique skin type and how to take care of it. We will help tackle all your skin and hair issues, providing a personalized virtual Skin & Hair Coaching as per your unique needs, without even leaving the comfort of your own home. Beyond your skin assessment, the consultation also includes nutrition advice, product recommendations from all our brands so that you end up buying only what is essential and right for your skin!
Our Step-by-Step Process for Every Consultation:
Step 1: What are your main skin or hair concerns? Our Aestheticians will discuss with you your specific skin or hair care concerns and goals through a series of Q&A. Creating short term and long term goals through a series of comprehensive questions, responses given and photos provided will give us insight into your individual skin type , issues and needs.
Step 2: Evaluating your current skin care and hair care products and daily regime. During your virtual appointment, we will inquire about your current skin and/or hair care products. We will go over your products with an impartial evaluation. We will also suggest if you can include them in your daily regime.
Step 3: Evaluating your lifestyle habits We will be asking a few questions related to your diet, sleep and other health factors or existing medical conditions and will be suggesting changes if required.
Step 4: Developing a unique daily regime as per your Skin and Hair We will suggest you the products needed as per our entire evaluation and also what sort of daily regime will be best suited to keep your skin & hair healthy and glowing! A combination can be made with the current products you are using, so that they don’t go wasted. If required we may also share a few massage techniques to improve the Skin & Scalp health based on LymphotologyTM.(URL for lymphotology page)

How do I call in for my appointment? You don't have to! We will reach out to you via the Phone info you provided. If you signed up for a Zoom/Google Meet consult, we'll send you a link. How are diet and nutrition being addressed in My Skin Consultation? Your Aesthetician will discuss how nutrition and food can affect your skin and what will help better your skin. What languages are available for My Skin Consultation? The Skin Consultation is offered by our Aestheticians in English, Hindi, Telegu and Bengali. Should I remove my makeup for my appointment? If you are having a video consultation, it's best not to wear makeup so we can get a better view of your skin. What can I expect at the conclusion of My Skin Consultation? At the end of your personal consultation, you will receive your skin and/or hair diagnosis and the suggested products to buy and any dietary recommendations if any. You will be provided follow up info with step-by-step routine instructions for each and all products usage and general tips. What are the requirements to be able to have a video consultation? 1. Valid email addressthat you check often and/or Phone number. This will be used for your appointment confirmation and all communications. 2. Computer, tablet or cell phone with webcam access for us to be able to see you. 3. For Google Meet/Zoom, you will need to have an account, as well as basic knowledge of how to use its video calling feature. 4. A reliable internet connection. 5. A well-lit room during the time of your video consultation. Will you really be able to see my skin over a webcam? Using a webcam in a well-lit room will allow us to see some details of your skin, however, it will mainly be the discussion that drives our diagnosis. What if I am running late? Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. If you are not available at the time of your appointment when we contact you, it will be considered a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for your appointment. What is your cancellation policy? the event you need to cancel your appointment, we do request a 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees. We will always do our best to avoid charging for cancellations, but please keep in mind our service providers are by appointment only. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the appointment unless we are able to fill the appointment.
