Keep the product in fridge after opening.
Step 1: Oil your hair with MrilQ Follicle Stimulating Hair Oil & comb your hair thoroughly after oiling.
Step 2: Take two to three spoonfuls of the product with the oil (from the R&S bottle itself), mix it by itself with a spoon in a bowl, apply on the scalp (including on the bald areas if any).
Step 3: Keep for one hour. Then wash off with water.
